baggage claim. After you have arrived and you have claimed your baggage please call
(800) 247-7919 from a pay phone, cell phone or use the courtesy phone in baggage
claim. Once you hear the Roadrunner auto attendant welcome you, press 2 for the
dispatch dept. and a representative will let you know where to be for pick-up.

A. Our service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

A. Shared Van: We proudly offer service throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

Q. What if my flight arrives late?
A. We monitor incoming so whether you arrive early or late, we know the moment you're
on the ground. Your chauffeur and vehicle will be awaiting your arrival and will
be ready to go the minute you reach the Airport.

A. We are a child friendly company. We understand it can be difficult traveling
with one or more children.
Q. When do I pay for my trip, and what forms of payment do you accept?
A. You may pay with cash or check to our driver. Most major credit cards are accepted
and can be taken at the time you book your reservation or on the vehicle. For corporate
account we offer the convenience of our Direct Bill Program.

United States. SHARED RIDE VAN SERVICE: We are far and away the largest, have 24
hour dispatching seven days per week, a clean and safe fleet of late model vehicles
and a staff of safe, friendly and helpful drivers.

A: Our van service uses Ford and Dodge Sprinter vans. Our Executive Car Service
uses Executive L- Series Lincoln Town Cars. We exclusively use Krystal Limousines
and Minibuses.

Q: Will I have the vehicle to myself?
A: With the Exclusive Van and Executive Town Car Service you will have exclusive
use of the vehicle. With the Shared Ride Van Service, you may be sharing the vehicle
with others coming from or going to locations in a similar direction to yours to
share the cost.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and Diner's
Club. We have a secure website so you can use your card with an on-line reservation.
You can also use your card on our vehicles.
Q: Can you pick me up at my home?
A: Yes. We can pick you up at home or any other location in Southern California
and take you to and from any airport.
Q: How much notice do you need for a reservation?
A: It's nice for us to have 24-hour advance reservations, especially for departures.
Last minute calls are going to happen and we deal with them as best we can. We usually
can pick you up with in 15-30 minutes anywhere in Ventura or Santa Barbara Counties.
Q: Do you do groups and charter work?
A: Yes, we handle groups ranging from 1 to 10,000 going to and from the airport
