To The Airport
Roadrunner Shuttle and Limousine Service has set the standard for reliable, quality
ground transportation service. Our white and blue vans take you to the airport from
your home, office, hotel or any other location and bring you back when you arrive
at the airport. Even with gas and inflation prices high, Roadrunner will ensure
the most economical prices by letting you share the ride and costs with a few other
passengers along the way.
Roadrunner’s dispatch system efficiently routes you with others traveling to and
from the same locations. Reservations to the airport can be made within 24 to 48
hours in advance. Roadrunner can almost always accommodate last minute on-call service
within 15-30 minutes anywhere within Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Please
note that a reservation is not necessary when you are leaving from the airport but
to avoid the time and hassle of paying on-board the van with cash or credit card
and ensure a faster pick-up time, we strongly suggest you make a reservation before
you get on the flight to come back to Southern California.
From The Airport
Once you arrive at a Southern California airport, or any other location and you
have claimed your baggage, please call: (800) 247-7919.
- Once you have claimed your luggage, call our toll free number (800) 247-7919 from
a pay phone, cell phone or use the courtesy phone in baggage claim. Once you hear
the Roadrunner auto attendant welcome you, press 2 for the dispatch dept.
- The dispatch representative will enter you into our system and you will be routed
with others headed in your direction.
- The next available van will be dispatched from our "holding lot" at the airport.
- The process of routing and the van driving to the airport from the holding lot generally
takes a short time (15-20 minutes wait time). This time varies depending on how
many people are going to your part of the city, and on airport traffic.
- As soon as the van arrives at the curb, you and other passengers will be promptly
boarded, and you'll be on your way!
LAX
For Door-to-Door Rideshare, exclusive van or bus service, the pick-up location is
located at the lower level arrival area at LAX outside baggage claim at the center
island beneath the GREEN sign reading “Flyaway, Buses, Long Distance Vans". You
must be at the proper stop to ensure pick-up.
For Town Car Sedan and Limousine Curb Meet Service, the pick-up location is located
at the lower level arrival area at LAX outside baggage claim at the inside white
curb. Please let the dispatcher know what you are wearing so the chauffeur can identify
you and your group.
For baggage claim “Meet and Greet” service your chauffeur will be waiting with a
sign with your last name or group name as you enter baggage claim from your arriving
flight. This service has a $15 service fee for parking.
BUR
For Door-to-Door Rideshare, exclusive van or bus service, the pick-up location is
located outside baggage claim at the center island at the sign reading “Hotel and
Shuttle Pick-up".
For Town Car Sedan and Limousine Curb Meet Service, the pick-up location is located
outside baggage claim at the inside curb. Please let the dispatcher know what you
are wearing so the chauffeur can identify you and your group.
For baggage claim “Meet and Greet” service your chauffeur will be waiting with a
sign with your last name or group name as you enter baggage claim from your arriving
flight. This service has a $15 service fee for parking.
SBA
For all services, the pick-up location is located at the curb outside baggage claim.
