Online Reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance. Please note that all online reservations are prepaid by credit card or you may also use a direct bill account if your company has an account with Roadrunner Shuttle and Limousine. If you don't know your company's direct bill account number, please contact your company's representative for the account number.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy for Door-to-Door Rideshare services ,Town Cars/Express Service and Exclusive Vans requires 8 hours advance notice. Limousines, Minibuses and Limo buses require a 72 hours notice. Refunds will be issued only if cancellations are made 8 hours in advance for Door-to-Door rideshare services, Town Cars/Express Service and Exclusive Vans and 72 hours for Limousines, Minibuses and Limo buses.

Child Policy:

While laws vary from state-to-state, we at Roadrunner Shuttle support the strongest safety standard by recommending that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. Additionally, Roadrunner Shuttle does not provide child restraint seats. It is the reponsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in van and/or taxi cabs.
